“For the price this hotel is a great bargain. The room was clean but has stains on rugs that could use a good commercial cleaning. Overall I will continue to return here.”

“not as clean as expected, also had cockroach in room staff was helpfull breakfast we had eggs and bacon, pancakes, yogurt, cereal don't know if I would want to stay there again”

“Check in was amazing. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Upon entering the room, all there was was a bed and a plastic chair. At the sink area there is toilet paper stuck to the wall towards the ceiling. In the shower area there are poop fingerprint smears down the back of the door. It's recently remodeled, we were told, but quite selectively based on what we observed. I, personally, wouldn't stay here again, but, you get what you pay for. If you just need somewhere to lay your head for...

“The young man at check-in was wonderful and extremely helpful. Night 2 of our stay and the fire alarm went off around 2am. The staff was telling guests that everything was okay and that they could “go back to your rooms.” The second floor was filled with smoke. The employee told the fire department when they arrived that everything was fine and that they weren’t needed. I’ve been a firefighter for almost 20 years and I’ve never seen such careless actions by staff. There was absolutely no regard...

“Q estadia nos atendeu, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. O café da manhã não tinha muita opção e a máquina de café não estava direito.”

“The king bed was awful!! Won’t let a homeless person use it…that bad!!! The staff 1000%, the room clean.”

“I had booked a king bedroom with a bathroom that had a stone shower and the sink was in there with it; I was given a room with two queen beds, a standard shower and the sink outside of that bathroom. I do not like hotel rooms where the sink is not in the same room with the rest of the bathroom. When I called the front desk asking why I was not given what I booked, I was told they had already booked all of the king rooms, had not updated the website, but that queen rooms are typically more...

“The bed and pillow were not as comfortable as I’d like. Didn’t sleep well. But everything else was great”

“Very spacious, clean, and affordable. Will stay there again”

“The hotel is in a “hidden” location. If you are checking in after sun down, be careful of people walking along the side of a dark road that leads to the hotel. You will miss your turn and think you’re turning into a truck stop but you’re not, the trucks keep right while you continue straight. The staff were pleasant, the hotel is outdated and needs some life brought back into it. It’s not very welcoming (dull), compared to the other Holiday Inn Select I’ve stayed at. My room smelled bad, I had...
